At A Farmer's Basket (AFB), we are committed to delivering the freshest vegetables, fruits, and spices to your doorstep in the shortest possible time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery services to the following locations:

  • Prayagraj

If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team to check if delivery can be arranged at care@viksitkisaan.com.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 12 hours of order placement. Orders placed between 6 AM to 9 AM will be processed and delivered on the same day. 2 Shifts Morning: 8 AM-12 PM & Evening: 4 PM-8 PM. Orders placed after that will be delivered the next day.
  • Delivery Days: We deliver orders seven days a week, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website.

4. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message with the order details.
  • Our team will carefully pack your order to ensure that the products reach you in the best condition.
  • You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

5. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will deliver your order to the address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you to arrange for a suitable delivery time.
  • If the delivery attempt fails, the order will be returned to our facility, and you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If there is a delay in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or transportation issues), our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Address changes requested after the order has been dispatched may not be accommodated.
