1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• For Prayagraj customers: Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
• Outstation deliveries: Only for non-perishable products (vegetables, fruits, and oils cannot be shipped).
• Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays) are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above a certain value (if applicable, to be mentioned at checkout).
• For outstation deliveries, customers must bear standard courier charges.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications

• Customers will receive an SMS/email with tracking details upon shipping.
• Live tracking available via Delhivery One portal.

4. Restrictions

• Perishables (vegetables, fruits, oils) cannot be shipped outside Prayagraj due to logistics constraints.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses will lead to order cancellation, and reshipping will be chargeable.
